WBV and SENIORS

As you probably know we here at T-Zone Vibration try to monitor the studies and clinical trials that happen in regards to WBV (of which are more and more every day). One came across my desk about WBV and older women that I thought I would share with you.  Read the rest of this entry »

Here we are at the half way point in the T-Zone challenge.

Today was the first time to actually take measurements since before getting on the T-Zone VT-15 for the first time. I can’t even believe it, but there are already results to share.

I want to specify that we have purposefully not changed our diet for the duration of the challenge. Also, we haven’t changed our respective overall physical regimes. Susie is continuing her schedule of spinning and personal training while I am otherwise relatively sedentary.

There is no real benefit to my weight on the scale through this process (i.e. I’m actually up 1.5 lbs after 2 weeks), but there is a noticeable difference to how well my pants fit. I know better than to share details about my lady’s weight, no matter how proud of her I am!

The other measurements that we are comparing throughout the challenge are: Waist, Hips, and Thigh. After 14 days, I am down five combined inches and Susie is down four combined inches. Of course, she isn’t pleased that her number isn’t as large as mine. I’m pretty sure that, since her body is used to a high level of almost daily activity, my higher change from the start reflects simply my complete lack of activity from before the challenge.

Take a look at the latest video … We are chatting with Roland about our results and trying some new camera techniques!

As Susie and Nathan continue on with their 30-Day T-Zone Challenge, we experience the different approach each takes to reach their health and fitness goals.  Susie, dedicated and focussed, launches into her workout program with full vigour whereas Nathan, easy-going and care-free, takes a more ‘relaxed’ approach to his workouts. You can decide which approach suits you best.

While Susie follows a more structured exercise regime, Nathan follows his care-free approach. A healthy nutritional program is highly recommended. For best results, we recommend following Susie’s lead. Watch the video and you will see what we mean. :)

In addition to Susie’s and Nathan’s exercises, there are many different exercise routines that you can try on our vibration machine depending on your specific fitness goals. Simply following along with the video will help you achieve your own optimal health and fitness. Feel free to check out some of our expert trainer, Paul Swaby’s workout tips on our blog.

Tune in to Week 3 when we update Susie and Nathan’s results to see how well they are progressing with their workout and nutrition programs. We hope they inspire you to join our 30-Day Challenge and experience it first-hand. You may even be surprised by your own results!

Follow our T-Zone 30-Day Challenge on YouTube. We would love to hear your feedback. Tell us how you’re doing.

Let’s meet Susie and Nathan G., a happily married couple based in the Toronto area, who have set a common goal to lose weight. The kicker is that Susie and Nathan have a difference of opinion when it comes to diet and exercise – and specifically our T-Zone whole body vibration technology. Susie is a die-hard believer in our T-Zone vibration machine and is keen to get started on losing her post-baby weight. Nathan is the typical skeptic who is convinced that this is another one of Susie’s “lose weight quick” schemes doomed to fail. Susie is eager to prove that this revolutionary technology works and Nathan simply wants to see the proof that it works for himself. Both are participating from a different perspective. Ask yourself, can you relate to Susie or Nathan’s point-of-view? Are you a believer or the naysayer? With Susie and Nathan’s help, we can prove that our whole body vibration technology works.
