What is Far Infrared?
Far Infrared (FIR) energy is a portion of light that is given off by the sun. FIR waves harmlessly penetrate the skin and heat the body’s tissues much the same way sunlight does but without the harmful ultraviolet rays. Our manufacturing process applies a ceramic mixture of FIR powder to the neoprene foam. In addition, FIR powder is imprinted on to the cloth backing, which further enhances the therapeutic effect.
What are the benefits of FIR?
Our bodies contain more than 70% water. FIR energy has a frequency very close to the resonant frequency of a water molecule. FIR energy creates heat, which breaks large water molecule clusters into smaller ones. These molecules then sweep through the body easier, detoxifying and cleansing the body.
